Well first let me start by telling you how grateful I am for all the work you did on my behalf. I know it wasn't easy but you did it. This was a financial turning point for me and even though I knew you were "selling" me something I appreciated your sincerity along the way. You were right and you got me a smokin great deal against the odds.

I will certainly refer you. My son may be looking at being a first time home buyer soon. I will give him your contact info for sure when the time comes.
